Born and raised in Kalgoorlie Western Australian Hamish started his passion for dance at the age of 4 attending the local dance school. It wasn't until Hamish was 10 he discovered his passion for singing and fell in love with Musical Theatre. Hamish was dedicated to his craft and was eager to learn and grow as a performer so he would travel to Perth Western Australia to attend workshops and participate in several performances at the Australian Performing Arts Network (APAN). Once Hamish turned 15 he was accepted into full-time at APAN and made a permanent move to Perth to further his involvement and training in Musical Theatre and Commercial Dance. Throughout Hamish's three years studying at APAN he received his Certificate II in Performing Arts, Certificate IV in Musical Theatre, Certificate IV in Commercial Dance and an Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre.
During his time at APAN Hamish has worked along side many of Australia's industry professionals. These include Todd Mckenney, Rhonda Burchmore, Rachel Beck, John O'Hara, Lisa Adam and many more.​
Hamish was then signed with Jeep Management Australia's leading agency once he graduated from APAN in 2017. In 2018 Hamish made the permanent move to Sydney Australia to continue his growth as a performer and to further his career with Jeep Management.
Hamish is currently completing the 2019 Show Business Course with Marko Panzic and The Dream Dance Company.
